Once these factors have been determined, Kleen Air Technologies, Inc. will provide a cost analysis. Q. Can a concrete shelter be attached to an existing house? A. Yes! An underground entryway can be constructed to fulfill this requirement. Q. How many people can an underground shelter hold? A. Capacity is determined by each client's specific requirements. Facilities can be constructed to sustain any predetermined amount of people. Q. Can people live in an underground shelter? A. The interiors of Kleen Air Technologies, Inc. shelters are designed to provide optimal comfort, much like a furnished basement of a quality custom home. However most building codes refer to these shelters for Emergency Use Only. Q. Do you have units available? A. Yes. We are taking orders for a new multi-unit facility near Denver, Colorado with construction to start Summer 2004. We also have clients who have been relocated and have to sell their home and shelter. Q. Can I tour an existing facility? A. Yes. Once you become a client of KAT, you are entitled to tour an existing facility. Q. Do you still build custom individual shelters and safe rooms? A. Yes.
